Before You Book
Where exactly is the pickup at Terranea?
The shuttle departs from the main lobby at 100 Terranea Way. Your chauffeur will be standing at the Sprinter with a digital sign. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Which LAX terminal will I be dropped at?
We drop you directly at your terminal's departures level. When boarding, let the chauffeur know your airline and terminal, and we'll route accordingly.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each seat includes one checked bags and one carry-on. The Sprinter has a dedicated rear luggage compartment — your bags never share cabin space with passengers.
What if my plans change?
Cancel up to 12 hours before departure for a full refund. Changes to a different departure time are free, subject to availability.
Is there a shuttle from LAX to Terranea?
We offer private car service from LAX to Terranea at a preferred rate of $149 when booked with your shuttle departure. Contact us for standalone arrival transfers as well.
