Before You Book
Do you require NDAs?
Our chauffeurs operate under strict confidentiality policies as standard practice. If your talent, production, or legal team requires a signed NDA, we're happy to execute one before the booking. Many of our long-term industry clients have standing NDAs on file.
Can I book the same driver every time?
Yes, we offer consistent driver assignments for recurring clients. If your executive or talent prefers a familiar face, we'll assign the same chauffeur for every booking when available.
How does hourly booking work?
Hourly bookings mean the vehicle and driver remain at your disposal for the full block — no per-stop charges, no mileage fees. The driver stays close to the venue or on-lot and is ready to move within minutes. Minimum booking is typically 3 hours.
Do you handle multi-vehicle coordination?
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate 2–6+ vehicles for production days, premieres, and large events. One point of contact on our end manages all vehicles, timing, and routing so your team doesn't have to juggle multiple drivers. We can even have a transportation coordinator onsite assisting your team.
Can you pick up from private aviation terminals?
Yes, We service all FBO terminals at LAX, Van Nuys (VNY), Hawthorne/Jack Northrop (HHR), Santa Monica (SMO), Burbank (BUR), and Long Beach (LGB). We coordinate directly with your FBO for tarmac or lounge-side pickup
What's your cancellation policy for VIP bookings?
Cancel 24+ hours before the booking for a full refund. Under 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable due to vehicle and driver pre-assignment. For recurring production clients, we offer more flexible terms — ask about our corporate account program.
